A meditation for emotions and body awareness

Research shows emotions only last in our bodies for 90 seconds. What continues to change these emotions is our thoughts. Give your mind the gift of stillness and your body the gift of present awareness as we explore where these fleeting emotions have been dwelling in our vessels. This is an emotional body scan bringing awareness to where we store our emotions. A 10 minute guided meditation practice rooted in curiosity and exploration.
