Visions

To hold space for individuals to recognize the humanness in their life experiences.

To disarm the difficulty that arises within conversations of growth and self-accountability.

To liberate black women from the harmful societal confines of being black in wellness.

Values

I deeply value authenticity, compassion, honesty, integrity, trauma-informed care, love and openness.

Intention

My deepest intention is to create spaces where individuals are able to remember and align with wholeness of their being.

Bliss Your Heart

In November 2017, Dora founded Bliss Your Heart, a flourishing women’s community based in Vancouver, BC. Each workshop focused on creating awareness and conversations on self-care, self-love, and mental health.

From 2017 to 2020, she hosted and facilitated sold out in-person workshops and gatherings each month. Holding space for 50-60 women at a time, Dora’s most noticeable workshops included “Melanin Mixer”, “The Cool Girls Club” and “At Ease”.
